The Real Pistachio Butter is all about going back to basics. Made with pure pistachios and no extras, this wholesome spread is rich, creamy, and quietly delicious — the kind of simple pleasure that belongs on good bread.

Equipment
- 1 Food blender or Thermomix
- 2 Jar - sterilized
Ingredients
- 350 g Raw pistachios
Instructions
- Tip the pistachios into a food blender or Thermomix. Grind for 3-5 minutes. The pistachios will be powdery at first but will turn into a smooth paste the longer you let them grind.

- Add a dash of Extra Virgin olive oil (or other oil of your choice) if you want the pistachio butter a little more spreadable.

- If you prefer some crunch in your nut butter, reserve some of the pistachios, chop coarsely and stir through at the end.

- Spoon into the steralized jars. Seal, label and keep in the fridge. Enjoy on toast or freshly baked bread!
