Ingredients
  

  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 3-4 tsp S&P cheese & garlic flavouring, or S&P tomato & garlic flavouring
  • a little extra flavouring to sprinkle before serving

Instructions
 

  • Make sure the butter is very soft.
  • Mix the butter with the flavouring.
  • Shape the butter as you want and chill until needed.
  • Remove from the fridge at least half an hour before serving.
  • For shaping: Put into a silicone mould and chill until firm, then remove from mould. Or shape into a sausage shape between a piece of clingfilm - chill until firm then remove clingfilm. Or shape butter into a quenelle, or just spread the soft butter into a small dish ready for serving.

Notes

Suitable to freeze.
Defrost overnight.
