
Warm tomato & garlic pizza dip
A delicious warming dip full of cheese, tomato and garlic flavours, ideal for bread and vegetable dipping. Make a batch and freeze!

Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 ml sour cream
- 60 ml pizza sauce or tomato puree
- 3 tbsp S&P tomato & garlic flavouring
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 35 g black olives, sliced
- 70 g salami, finely sliced
- 0.5 cup grated cheese extra extra for topping
- 1 tsp S&P tomato & garlic flavouring extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, pizza sauce (or tomato paste) and tomato & garlic flavouring.
- Add the grated cheese, black olives and salami.
- Spoon into a dish and top with the remaining grated cheese.
- Cook for 20 minutes until the dip is hot, cheese has melted and is browning around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the extra tomato & garlic flavouring. Serve immediately.
- Serve with toasted cubes of Spoon & Pinch basic tomato and garlic bread. See link to receipe below. To toastthe tomato and garlic bread, use basic bread recipe (see link below). Tear off pieces and sprinkle with olive oil and cook in the oven until crispy.
Notes
Suitable to freeze.
Defrost overnight.
